Summary:
This paper concerns blogs (online journals). The blog can be defined as a website with dated posts presented in a reverse chronological order, where a blogger shows his or hers subjective view on some theme or themes. The aim of this article is to present hypertextuality of blogs and its social consequences. Online journals are connected to each other with hypertextual elements – links (links in posts or links in blogrolls). Connections between blogs construct form of a network. Bloggers take advantage of hypertextuality and interactivity of online journals to relate with each other, they create variable social networks.
