Annual, technical symposium attracting technical staff and management dairies and companies that implement new technologies and innovative solutions for the food industry. Over the years, participated and attended by representatives from Polish dairies, neighboring countries (Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia) as well as more distant as Kazakhstan. Manufacturers of process plant, machinery and equipment as well as utilities for the dairy industry are represented by companies both Polish and international that are based inside the EU.
On the TECHMILK are discussed technical, technological and managing aspects of operation and development of the dairy plants.
Every year are presented results of the current dairy market and the emerging trends change. Presented are also the current legislative work on the regulations implemented the EU food market and cohesion funds.
The proceedings are usually held in the first half of February.
Initial meetings were held in hotels in the Warmia (Olsztyn, Stare Jablonki). For several years, hosted by the hotel Golebiewski in Mikolajki, the busy heart of Masuria.
