mgr Ryszard Myśliwiec
Ryszard Myśliwiec graduated with distinction from the Pedagogy Academy in Olsztyn in the field of "Musical Education" in 1978. After his studies, he started to work there in the position of an assistant and then as a lecturer. He also graduated from post-diploma studies: "Pedagogical education of young college teachers" in the Pedagogy Academy in Olsztyn. In the years 1983-1985 he took part in doctoral courses in the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music. He cooperated with the Institute of Musical Pedagogy, where he participated in methodical experiments within the scope of musical education, e.g. "First singing classes in Poland" as well as in developing a series of tests entitled "Tests in general musical education. Level 1". His interests include musical education and the application of IT in musical compositions and education.

He also participated in the seminars organised by the Institute of Teachers' Education in Warsaw and conducted by associate professor M. Przechodzińska in the years 1980-1981, in a seminar organised by the Polish Academy of Sciences conducted by prof. I. Wojnar from 22-27.08.1983 in Jabłonna entitled: "Issues in educating through arts in educational programmes of universities", in theoretical and methodological courses for young academic staff entitled "Educational Sciences - status, possibilities, perspectives" organized by the Pedagogical Sciences Committee of Polish Academy of Sciences from 8 to 13 September 1986 in Jabłonna, as well as many scientific and methodical conferences and seminars, including the conference: "Human Musical Development" in the field of "Artistic and professional development and its conditions" from 18 to 20 April 1988 in Radziejowice as well as the 4th Gordon Seminar entitled AUDITION - COMPOSITIONS - IMPROVISATION. Practical application of musical education theory according to Edwin E. Gordon. The seminar took place from 15 to 28 August 2001 in Bydgoszcz. It consisted of 90 hours of lectures and workshops in the following topics: 1/ Theory of music learning, 2/ Compositions and improvisation, 5/ Measurement and valuation in music 6/ Listening to the music.
For more than 30 years of professional work, he has conducted various subjects of academic education, including electronic musical instruments at school (1985-2000), and since 2000 "IT in music". Since 1995, he has conducted practical training for teachers.
