The conference will deal with the scientific and practical problems related to:
- the design and operation of food processing machines and equipment,
- process line design,
- food engineering,
- commodity science and research on the characteristics of agricultural raw materials and agri-food products.
The following thematic sessions will be held:
- Operations and technologies in agri-food processing
- Agri-food processing machines and equipment – design and operation
- Automated and computerized systems in the agri-food industry
- Quality and safety of agricultural raw materials and agri-food products
- Commodity science in food processing
- Energy and waste management in agri-food processing
- Physical and chemical properties of agricultural raw materials and agri-food products
- Transport in the agri-food industry
Abstracts with a length of 1-2 pages in A4 format will be published in digital form (PDF file) as conference proceedings. Abstracts should be prepared in 12-point Times New Roman font (without additional formatting), and they should contain: the title of the paper in Polish and English, the author’s / authors’ full name(s), place of employment (University, Faculty, Department), keywords in Polish and English, and the text of the abstract with figures (if applicable).
