On 27 January 2020 National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (NAPA)  was a host to the ADL coordination meeting. The event gathered the representatives of NAPA, NATO DEEP ADL Portal and National Defence University of Ukraine named after Ivan Chernyakhovsky in Kyiv (NDUU).

Following the respective suggestions stemming from previous ADL undertakings organised in NAPA within the frames of the NATO DEEP programme, the main goal was to discuss and to agree the options as far as the ADL capacity building process is concerned, and to identify “shortcuts”. Of importance was the synergy context, considering the availability of the ADL Portal and the capacity of the ADL Centre within NDUU, as the ADL Partnership Lab/UKR.  The agreed options relate not only to the ADL realm, but are also focusing on scientific fields.
