Session Overview
This seminar will explore innovative alternatives to conventional real estate market models, with a focus on new trends that challenge traditional assumptions and stereotypes. Topics of discussion will include:
- Model vs. Real Estate Reality: Examining the gap between theoretical models and the actual complexities of the real estate market.
- Breaking Stereotypes: Identifying and rethinking the long-standing assumptions within real estate modeling that may limit a full understanding of market complexities.
- New Perspectives on Models Performance, Accuracy and Transparency: Evaluating metrics for assessing model performance, with a focus on achieving realistic alignment with market behavior.
Our goal is to facilitate a space where participants can exchange ideas on advancing modeling techniques that integrate traditional and modern methodologies to accurately reflect today’s complex real estate environment.
