The Evaluation Committee of Scientific Units of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education assessed the scientific activity

and research and development of scientific units.

The evaluation considered four basic criteria:

scientific and creative achievements, scientific potential,

practical effects of scientific and artistic activity,

other effects of scientific and artistic activity.
