Anna Mięsiak - Finished MBA, Faculty of Project and Programe Management from the University of Technology in Gdansk, Poland. BSU Degree in Civil Engineering, Faculty of Construction  from University of Warmia & Mazury. Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Faculty of Roads Construction and Operation from University of Warmia & Mazury and Master’s Degree in Technical Education, Faculty of Ergonomics in Utility Form Design from University of Warmia & Mazury.

She has 19 years of good working experience in the construction industry and other related fields with top reputable organizations within and outside of Poland with good track records and competence in managing, developing, design and cost estimating.

Since 2002, she has been working in the construction industry. She started her professional career as a designer of building and engineering structures and then developed in construction contract management. Since 2008, she has been working on international contracts. There she learned and gained knowledge in human resources and materials management and used the acquired technical knowledge to solve technical problems on construction contracts.

Her experience has been built on multi-billion dollar construction contracts in Qatar, Doha - Kipko Tower; Emirates, Ferrari Park Yes Island, France, Monaco, working on engineering and façade projects. For many years she has supervised construction contracts all over Europe, including Poland, Sweden, Germany, Lithuania, UK.

Since 2018 she is owner of a consulting company: Strattum Consulting Ltd, which deals with building consulting, architecture and structural design and supervision on construction sites. They specialises in architectural and structural design, and in making calculations for detached single-family houses, terraced houses, semi-detached houses, multi-family buildings, schools, kindergartens, hotels, office buildings, silos, and steel and concrete production halls. Moreover, they perform transitional works including façade supporting components, retaining walls, basements, and specialised structural components. They provide construction engineering services to our customers, contractors, and design studios. They also help our customers with technical expertise and programme support in order to implement effective solutions.

They worked on the £ 3 billion Barking Riverside project as Construction Advisor. They were assisting in developing the Construction and Logistic Phase Plan for the renovation of the entire neighbourhood in East London.
