Organ specific assessments (OSA)

With the use of our transgenic lines with fluorescently (GFP, RFP, mcherry) labelled organs we can provide organ specific phenotype evaluation as one of the most effective approaches for drug discovery. OSA gives a feedback about the general condition and morphology of the organ of interest, however we can extend the study with additional outputs including:
- Inflammation assay (neutrophils and macrophage recruitment)
- Regeneration assay
- Cell death assay
- Immunolabeling
- qPCR analysis
