Registration deadline: May 6, 2025
Participants’ registration early bird fee (until March 31): 900 PLN (215€)
Participants’ late registration fee (until May 6): 1200 PLN (265€)
Participant online fee: 210 PLN (50 €)
The conference fee includes: conference materials, informal meetings, coffee breaks, meals during the
conference, gala dinner, accommodation with breakfast during the conference (i.e., only on June 16, 2025) at
“AMW Rewita” – a holiday resort in the Koronowo commune, a field trip, etc.
The fee does not include the cost of additional accommodation before and after the conference, nor travel
expenses.
