Aneta Chmielewska is a PhD student in scientific discipline: social economic geography and land management. PhD thesis concerning the application of automated algorithms in property valuations and real estate market analyses.

In her research, she deals with the broadly understood analysis of the real estate market. In researches, she delves into the problem of real estate valuation at its various stages, e.g. searching for features affecting value, testing the significance of attributes, remote measurement of usable area, her research also addresses the problem of making investment decisions on the real estate market in conditions of uncertainty.
