dr Elżbieta Zysk, PhD

Research Interests:

Associate Professor at the Institute of Geography and Land Management, Faculty of Geoengineering, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Poland. She holds a PhD in Technical Sciences, in the field of Geodesy and Cartography, Land Management from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. She is an expert in older people policy for 2020-2026 in the Marshal's Office of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship. She is Member Association: Real Estate Scientific Society; European Geosciences Union (EGU) and also the President of the Association of Real Estate Agents and Advisors Olsztyn, Poland.

Her field of scientific expertise and interests includes land management, innovation on rural areas, smart city and older people policy. Her last research focuses on determination of active older people places, urban degraded areas and innovation on rural areas. Currently, she is working to define determinant for friendly older people settlements. She was the contractor of two scientific projects. She is the author of over thirty scientific publications. She actively participated in nearly 20 scientific conferences as a presenter. She is a thematic editor of the Journal “Acta Scientiarum Polonorum Administratio Locorum” (eng. Land Administration). Elżbieta Zysk acts as an expert and reviewer on many journals and conference series.
