  • Professor in Real Estate in the University of Warmia and Mazury in Poland (employed since 2005),
  • Director of Institute of Spatial Management and Geography at the Faculty of Geoengineering,
  • participant in many internships at: Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom; Balikesir University , Bandirma, Turkey; Technical University Politecnico di Bari, Italy, University in Delft, Netherlands; University Politecnica Valencia, Spain; Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Lithuania.

  • author and coauthor of more than 100 scientific publications with significant citing score in prestigious international Journals.
  • co-author of the programme of the concerning creation of the management system of real estates sources owned by Local Government of the committee of scientific research (2008-2010).
  • From 2010-2012 she was a principal investigator of the project entitled: "The elaboration of the decision making system with the utilization of rough set theories on real estate market" financed by the Polish National Science Centre.
  • In 2012 she was a chief of the project entitled: “Development of the structure of the decision support subsystem for real estate” financed by the University of Warmia and Mazury.
  • From 2015-2017 she was a principal investigator of the project entitled: "Development of methodology the rating real estate markets" financed by the Polish National Science Centre.
  • From 01.2018-12.2018 she was a principal investigator of the project entitled: "SHOW - Senior Helps Others Wisely",
  • in 2020 a principal investigator of the project entitledm “SoURCE - Service of Utility Risk/Cost Evaluation” financed by the European Space Agency under Grant of Kick-Start Activities.
  • The latest projects (2020-2023) and researchers are connected with concept of “HYBRID ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATED VALUATION MODELS (AVMS) PURPOSES ON LIMITED REAL ESTATE MARKETS AND INSUFFICIENT DATASETS”. The aim of the project is to elaborate proposal of both modern combined mathematic/numeric technology methodologies and experimental work related to elaboration concept of Hybrid Artificial Intelligence System for analyses and valuation of real estate for Automated Valuation Models (AVMs). The applicants consider reducing the gap in solutions dedicated to determining value for insufficient datasets and limited real estate markets, as the main objective of the project.
