A place where any student or staff member of the University experiencing mental health difficulties can receive understanding and support. The Centre assists those in emotional crisis, struggling with daily challenges, addictions, or difficult relationships that complicate academic life. It is a space to explore one’s feelings, look after mental well being, and find a path to joyful study and work at the University.
