Author of publications describing the results of research of processes taking place in urbanized area (the proposed method makes it possible to analyze dynamic the phenomenon of urban sprawl) and non-urbanized area, analysis of real estate market prices and property appraisal procedures (the main aim of this study was to identify the direction and dynamics of changes in basic parameters describing the real estate market in Poland and to identify the causes of the observed changes in its legal environment).

He led projects related to the development of an algorithm for determining the amount of compensation for the occupation of real estate for line infrastructure equipment
