Assoc. Prof. Radosław Cellmer, PhD

Graduate of Faculty of Geodesy and Spatial Management, ART in Olsztyn. Since 1995 employed as an assistant and then, after obtaining the degree of doctor of technical sciences in the field of geodesy and cartography, as an assistant professor. He obtained the habilitation degree in 2015 and since 2017 he has been employed as a professor of university.

The scientific interests:

• application of statistics and spatial econometrics to model phenomena occurring on the real estate market and in socio-economic geography and spatial economy.

In his research work he develops and makes extensive use of GIS tools for spatial analysis.

The most important scientific achievements:

• development of theoretical bases and principles of spatial analyses for the purpose of land value mapping,
• development of methods for simulation of spatial phenomena on the real estate market and identification of spatial and temporal factors stimulating the real estate market.

Awarded with Bronze Cross of Merit and Medal for Long Service.
