dr Marek Walacik, PhD

Marek Walacik is an Assistant Professor in the Institute.

He has published a number of textbooks and original papers on real estate management, property valuation and real estate market in Polish and international scientific journals.

He is a member of Real Estate Scientific Society. He has professional qualifications for real estate valuation (no 5049), real estate management (no 18356), real estate brokerage (no 11209).

Currently, his scientific interests are focused on: real estate valuation methodology and applications of the geo-information technologies in market analysis.
